This policy covers only those items bought at our online store.
How To Return/ Exchange An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned/ exchanged, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return/ exchange the item within 7 days of purchase.
1. Please email talktous@mopsquad.com.sg to request a refund/ exchange and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return/ exchange and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
All sales items and items purchased using discount coupons cannot be returned.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Case by Case Evaluation
Our cleaning service exchange policy operates on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction. Please contact us within 48 hours of the cleaning with any concerns. We will evaluate the specific circumstances of your request and work with you to address and rectify the issue promptly
Exchanges
You may also request for an exchange. In this case, you will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay the return shipping fee.
